What We Are Looking For
Reporting to the Senior Controller, the Capex Junior Controller will support the financial planning,
monitoring and reporting of capital investment projects, contributing to the effective management of the Group's international development initiatives.
Key Activities
- Monitor and control capital expenditure (Capex) related to Train and Real Estate projects, tracking physical and financial progress, reconciling committed costs, invoices and approved budgets, and supporting Capex cash flow forecasting.
- Support the consolidation of Group financial data by collecting, validating and reconciling information from different Group companies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards and comparative analyses using ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
- Assist with data rooms, due diligence processes, month-end closing activities and implementation of internal procedures.
