Job Description
Our Global Portfolio Engineering (GPE) team is hiring a GPE Cloud and Edge Infrastructure Engineer. In this role you will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud‑to‑edge platforms that support multiple regional and business teams. You provide deep technical leadership in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, container platforms, edge‑to‑cloud integration,
and enterprise security practices.
A successful candidate for this role is a hands‑on engineer with the ability to standardize architecture patterns, enhance system reliability and security, and collaborate effectively with automation engineering teams to deliver scalable, repeatable, and production‑ready solutions.
You will report to the Director, Technical Sales Support and have a hybrid schedule working in Bologna, Italy.
Candidates based outside of Bologna will be expected to travel to Bologna on a regular basis to support activities related to our Customer Briefing Center.
Italy annual gross base salary range for this role is EUR
