Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy’s Marketing Services Department in Milan.

Responsibilities
- Support management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings across platforms, and summarize final results
- Collaborate with Category Marketing Team to review digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies
- Assist in development and review of social media PEDs for the company’s main social media platforms
- Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and potential issues

Qualifications
- BA/MA degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media




- Previous experience in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from a consultancy, a large company or a media agency)
- Previous experience in the cosmetics industry would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Interpersonal skills: proactivity with a positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus
- Languages: fluency in both Italian and English
