Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas:
- Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plans
- M&A; advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation,
from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies and from operational support in the M&A; process to negotiation support to close deals
- Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions.
MAIN TASKS:
- Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies: their historical performance, main trends of their operating sector and the possible evolution of their core business
- Support in the realization of both asset and economic‐financial projections
- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
- Support in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units and single portfolios in the context of extraordinary transactions
- Drafting of documents functional for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third party
