Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our Electronics Department, located in Asolo. In this role, you will not only be able to elevate our products to a new level by delivering and maintaining embedded firmware for our electronic products, working cross-functionally within the team and ensuring compliance with our high standards of performance and quality. Moreover,



you will be responsible for the coordination of a small team of both Hardware and Firmware Engineers.

Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with our hardware engineers, so to define firmware requirements and specifications, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of firmware for our Tech Air products.
- You will not only make sure to build scalable, robust and secure firmware solutions, but you will also perform code reviews and software testing activities, so to ensure the desired level of functionality and performance.
- Moreover, you will also be responsible for debugging activities and to solve any potential software related issue in a timely manner.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for the coordination of a small team of both Hardware and Firmware Engineers, as well as for the coaching of more junior profiles.
