Responsibilities * Responsible for site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management * Maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives * Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams * Leading Spare Parts team * Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives * Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends * Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in the maintenance budget management * Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management * Support procurement activities within the Engineering area * Ensure compliance with GMP, safety,



environmental and corporate requirements * Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation Qualifications * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background * 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments * Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory * Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus) * Fluency both in Italian and English * Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally * Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
