* Serve as a strong functional partner to the MD and to drive cohesive
decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and
execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR
strategy
* Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with
specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations
management, performance management, career development, talent assessment,
acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
* Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for
questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates
concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders.
* Partner closely with the MD, HR Business Partners, Country/Regional HR
Leaders and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda
and execute business-specific HR strategies
* Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent
application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100%




compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
* Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, Payroll &
compensation planning, onboarding, Hiring, Training & development new manager
assimilation etc.
* Partner with Country/Regional HR leader and HR CoE’s to align on and execute
relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups
at the two sites
* Provide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and
ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported,
investigated and resolved
* Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and
regulations and our company compliance regulations
* Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and
care
* Overall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the sites.
