Work in Portugal – Customer Support Representative (Italian Market)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities
- Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
- Stay up to date with new products and company updates.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and good English (B2+).
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ready for an on‑site role in Lisbon.
