ABOUT THE JOB Your main duties and responsibilities will include: - Knowing the menu and the composition of dishes inside and out. - Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction on a daily basis. - Ensuring compliance with the setup requirements for the different services (lunch and dinner). - Participating in and organising the service of one or more sections: taking and following up on orders, table service, clearing tables. - Ensuring the application of all service standards and procedures. - Assisting the Management team with the training, motivation, and supervision of the team. - Supervising and managing operational teams: staff schedules, training, eva
