We are looking for a technically minded and commercially aware Sales Manager to act as the product champion for our Commercial HVAC Controls and Flow Solutions portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys customer interaction,



product strategy, and influencing commercial success.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Serve as the product expert for our Controls and Flow Solutions portfolio, supporting Account Executives during customer engagements and sales opportunities.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and customer presentations, translating complex technical features into compelling commercial benefits.
Support the development of customized customer solutions by collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
Participate in account planning activities and contribute market, product, and application expertise to support customer growth strategies.
Act as the strategic interface between commercial and technical teams, balancing customer requirements with technical feasibility.
Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and translate market insights into recommendations for product
