Lead Manufacturing Engineer at GE Vernova Job Description Summary Leads engineering teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, propose budgets for production, implement new technologies. Roles and Responsibilities * Team Leadership: manage manufacturing engineers and technicians. * Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, Lean/Operational Excellence, and implement new manufacturing technologies. * New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with design/operations to ensure manufacturability and smooth production ramp-up. * Production equipment: Manage equipment selection, installation, upgrades, tooling design, and capital investment budgets. * Documentation & Standards: Establish/approve process specifications, work instructions, material specifications, and ensure compliance (Safety, Quality, Regulatory). * Material data accuracy: driving initiatives & Implementing a continuous process to review material data accuracy. * Material setup:



define production BOM for new code and define Make or Buy based on industrial organization. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college; or equivalent experience. * SAP MM module knowledge. * Fluency in Italian and English.
