Job Summary

World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is the key enabler for achieving sustainable results for Tetra Pak through continuous improvement and loss eradication.
As a WCM Coordinator you will report to the WCM & Quality Manager. This is a permanent position based in Sezzadio (AL), Italy.
What You Will Do
- Act as the owner and ambassador of WCM methodologies across the factory, empowering teams to deliver sustainable, high-impact results.
- Inspire and guide colleagues to embrace a growth mindset, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in everyday work.
- Foster motivation, engagement, and inclusion in WCM activities by creating a positive, collaborative environment where every voice is valued.
- Partner with different teams and pillars to define, implement, and scale WCM standards and best practices across the organization.
- Lead the Education & Training (E&T;) pillar, promoting continuous learning, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
We believe you have
- A technical education in engineering (e.g., technical secondary school or vocational program), providing a solid foundation for problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus and support collaboration in our global environment.
