- Lead by example through active involvement in daily lunch and dinner service, maintaining a hands‐on and proactive presence on the floor.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations, supporting the management of VIP guests and special requests in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
- Supervise, support, motivate and train the restaurant team, assisting the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, onboarding of new team members, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Act as a point of reference for the team during service, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision‐making in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
- Coordinate smooth communication and collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams, in line with Reschio procedures.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and special requirements with professionalism, discretion, and care, reporting recurring issues or improvement opportunities to th
