The teamThe Work & Rewards Business in WTW consists of three practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to significant business value for our clients.
The WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice provides insight and advice to a large and diversified portfolio of clients that are headquartered mainly in Italy and part of Switzerland. In addition, we partner with other practices colleagues across the world daily to support our global and multinational clients. The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be focused on further growing the business, managing relationships with clients and selling our B2B services and products. You will be selling products which include remuneration data, compensation software and data-based solutions in general; in addition, you will be partnering with clients to work on broader reward-related projects.
