INTEGRATION & INTERFACE MANAGER - MILAN
1. YOUR ROLE
- Lead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
- Coordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third-party infrastructures
- Support the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget,



quality, and safety requirements

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan
- Establish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures
- Facilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie-ins, and hook-up activities
- Monitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface parties
- Ensure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages
- Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress
- Identify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities
