Are you a hands-on Senior Accountant ready to take the next step and broaden your scope with coordination responsibilities in an international environment? Join Epta Group as an Accounting Coordinator, where you’ll combine strong technical expertise with a light coordination role across a lean team.
In this role, you will act as a key link between local operations and Corporate Finance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day accounting processes.
You will work in a lean structure, with one direct local report, and collaborate with small shared service teams (2–3 people) across our international hubs.
Manage and contribute hands-on to general accounting and closing activities
- Prepare financial statements in line with local and international accounting standards
- Deliver monthly financial reporting using Group tools (e.g., SAP/HFM)
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and statutory requirements, supported by external advisors
- Support audit processes, risk analysis, and cash control




- Oversee treasury and banking activities, supporting effective cash flow management
- Coordinate daily activities with: - One direct report locally
- Small shared service teams internationally
- Act as a reference point for operational accounting topics, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial data, while contributing to a well-organized and collaborative international setup.
This position offers the opportunity to grow your scope beyond pure accounting, without moving into a large team management role.
Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in accounting (Senior Accountant level)
- Solid hands-on experience in general ledger, closing, and reporting
- Experience in multinational or structured environments is a plus
- Intermediate level of English
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
