What will be your mission?Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel is looking for a highly capable and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to join its Front of House leadership team. Located in Piazza della Repubblica, the hotel is one of Rome’s leading luxury addresses, with 232 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace and pool, and a guest experience shaped by the standards of Anantara Hotels &, Resorts. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who is ready to take full control of the daily Front Office operation, lead from the floor, support and develop the team, and ensure a smooth, confident and polished guest journey at every stage. What will you do? - Supervise daily Front Office operations - Support and coordinate the Reception team during daily activities - Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction - Handle guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate closely with Housekeeping,
