Se sì, e se è convinto/a che questo sia il ruolo giusto per lei, si candidi il prima possibile.Based in Milan, you will support the development and evolution of Objectway's digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts. Your day-to-day will focus on internal product activities such as backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. You will also have opportunities to engage in client‐facing activities, delivering demos and presentations.
Profile and ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX/UI specialists to shape and deliver product solutions that meet both internal and client needs.
Main Activities Core Product Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers,



and other stakeholders.
- Write clear and detailed user stories with well‐defined acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‐ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem‐solving.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
- Participate in internal product demos and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Client Interaction
- Support client‐facing discussions, workshops, and requirements sessions in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Assist in product implementation and client onboarding activities.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Gather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience.
