You will help partners and customers get the best from our solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative service environment.
- Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market.
- Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
- Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
- Join selected pre-sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Create and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region.
- Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.
Your profileTo be successful in this role,
you should have the following qualifications and background:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M;, or a similar energy-related environment.
- Strong interest in clean-tech and a customer-focused approach to solving technical challenges.
- Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
- Independent, focused, adaptable work style in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10% within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
