Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will develop technical and commercial offers and shape the strategic local accounts plan to grow share of wallet, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You'll coordinate sales activities, resolve customer problems, and collaborate with Account Managers to execute sales strategies. You will work on tendering, pricing, and market opportunities while ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-effective solutions. This position sits at the intersection of technical solutioning and commercial execution, with a focus on customer‐centric growth and cross‐functional collaboration. You will join a structured, process‐driven environment that leverages Salesforce and account planning.

- Coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of customer problems
- Implement sales strategy in collaboration with Account Manager
- Understand channel strategy, pricing, and sales plans; propose recovery actions




- Generate sales leads and explore new market opportunities with potential new service portfolios
- Support tendering management: review RFQ, generate Bill of Quantities, price presentations
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality
- Register information in the customer database
- Ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost-effective solutions for customers
- Drive standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans) for the account

Responsabilità
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical, xivgfpx Energy, Mechanical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering
- >2 years in a technical sales role preferred
- Strong analytical, proactive, customer-oriented mindset
- Team player with good collaboration skills
- Good written/spoken English and Italian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Driving license
