Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering team in the design, development, purchase, installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance and improvement of machinery, support systems, building and infrastructure
- Contribute to developing technical solutions, under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, production and ergonomics requirements
- Contribute to operational improvement and continuous improvement activities across the site
- Support preliminary design meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the definition of technical specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates and expense tracking, ensuring alignment with approved spending limits
- Support the preparation of CAAPs in accordance with best practice procedures
- Follow up with suppliers and support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders during project execution
- Support the execution and documentation of FAT and SAT activities, checking equipment performance against agreed requirements

- Assist in the coordination with inspection bodies and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards
- Support the planning and coordination of training activities for factory users and maintenance teams
- Monitor the ramp‐up of new installations and support troubleshooting activities until target performance is achieved
- Participate in the optimization of existing equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial sites
- Develop effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Work in close collaboration with the Factory, Purchasing, Marketing, Copacking, Packaging, R&D;, Finance, HR, HSE, Supply Chain and other relevant functions

- Higher education in the field of engineering: mechanical, chemical, industrial or process engineering
- Preferably with few years' experience in engineering, project engin
