Role DescriptionDolce&Gabbana; Beauty is looking for a Global E-Commerce Specialist to join its Go to Market E-Business & CRM team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM and consumer experience, contributing directly to the growth of the brand's global online business across owned and partner channels.
Main Activities




- Drive the execution and optimization of global e-commerce initiatives across the direct-to-consumer ecosystem.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities across traffic, engagement, conversion and customer journey metrics.
- Collaborate with CRM, Media, Marketing, IT and Sales teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Support commercial planning, promotional activations, go-to-market moments and product launches.
- Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives through data analysis, testing, UX observations and customer insights.
- Monitor key digital acquisition channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Display, Affiliate and Retail Media.

Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce, ideally in structured digital or omnichannel organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital business drivers and online customer behavior.
