POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a field-based commercial professional
responsible for developing and growing Mirum’s cholestatic disease portfolio
within an assigned territory in Italy.

Working in close partnership with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary
care teams, the RAM develops and executes territory account plans that improve
patient access and support appropriate use of Mirum’s therapies. The RAM
combines strong clinical knowledge with commercial excellence to build trusted
customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable business
growth.

Working collaboratively with Medical Affairs,



Market Access, Compliance and
other cross-functional partners, the RAM translates customer insights into
effective account strategies while ensuring all activities comply with
applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements.

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with national commercial
objectives.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals,
key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams.
* Deliver high-quality scientific and product discussions that support
appropriate patient care.
* Identify customer needs and align Mirum resources and solutions to improve
patient outcomes.
* Continuously assess territory opportunities using customer insights, market
intelligence and business data.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver
coordinated customer engagement.
