Disaronno group is seeking a Senior Marketing Excellence Manager with a strong project management and process governance mindset,
responsible for ensuring effective integration between global strategy and local execution.
optimize the time-to-market of commercial initiatives
structure and govern communication flows between HQ and markets
ensure the effective cascade of global marketing guidelines into excellent local execution programs
This is a pivotal position within the Global Marketing Excellence model, playing a key role in enabling a "one company approach" across global brand teams, marketing excellence, and local trade marketing teams.
Project & Process Management
Lead and structure the marketing planning process (global commercial initiatives, / OB cycle / NPD launches) ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables for global and local initiatives
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks
Implement tools and methodologies to improve project
