As part of our corner in Florence, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
Operate the cash register efficiently
Meet and exceedsalesKPIs and targets
Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager
Our offer :
1 month fixed-term contract – tempo parziale 20 hours
Start date: August 2026

Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
You are a team player and like challenges.
You are both fluent in Italian and English.
