Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the status of networks, servers, and related equipment in real time using monitoring systems, quickly identifying and responding to alerts.
- Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of network incidents, and coordinate with the relevant technical teams for resolution.
- Record and monitor incident management processes to ensure proper closure.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and incident reports.
- Help optimize monitoring processes and strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirement and Qualification
- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge in routing, switching, and basic network security concepts.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nokia NFMP, Zabbix, Cacti) is desirable.
- Available to work rotating shifts.
