Assistant Housekeeping Manager Contract Type: Long season / Permanent contract

Required Experience: Minimum 2/3 years in a similar supervisory role within luxury hospitality, with verifiable references.

Mission Support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout all guest rooms and public areas.
Supervise and motivate the Housekeeping team, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service in line with Airelles standards.
Contribute to creating an immaculate, elegant, and welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Actively contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering a flawless housekeeping experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the daily management and coordination of the Housekeeping department.
Supervise Room Attendants, House Porters, Laundry, and Public Area teams,



ensuring productivity and service excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet luxury hospitality standards.
Monitor room readiness and collaborate closely with Front Office to optimize room availability and guest arrivals.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of Housekeeping team members.
Ensure appropriate stock levels of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and guest products, reporting any replenishment needs.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
Promote compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
Assist in preparing departmental schedules, reports, inventories, and operational documentation.
