SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics to support offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing all accounting activities issued towards international third parties.
- Handling passive and active invoices in line with contractual provisions and internal procedures.
- Managing international tax compliance aspects (VAT, withholding tax, intrastat declarations, etc.).
- Scheduling invoice payments in accordance with internal payments calendar and maintaining supplier ledger cards to ensure accuracy of company records.
- Elaborating on-demand analyses and reports and performing internal controls to assure the correctness of activities performed.
Qualifications
- Education: Accounting Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics.
- Background: At least 2/3 years of experience.
- Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2); knowledge of French or Portuguese is appreciated.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel); SAP knowledge is appreciated.
