TP-Link Italia is growing its local marketing team and is looking for a talented and motivated Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our brand visibility and digital growth in the Italian market. We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating partnerships, launching influencer campaigns, and monitoring performance based on defined KPIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure that influencer activities align with brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement Digital PR and Influencer Marketing strategies to support product launches, brand campaigns, and always-on digital communication. * Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential creators and KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging social platforms. * Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and content partners. * Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative coordination, content review, approval processes, and final delivery. * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate influencer activities into broader communication and Digital PR plans. * Support the E-commerce team in driving traffic and sales through creator-driven campaigns and affiliate programs. * Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing return o
