Well versed with Physical DC Infra and different OS or devices like Servers/Networks/Firewall/Storage etc. Location - Bologna, Corbetta and Veneria Language- Italian and English compulsory Onsite role Experience required are mentioned below : * Hypervisors: VMWARE, Hyper-V and Azure HyperStack for future projects * Server Windows: (2012 R2, 2016, 2019) * Database: MS SQL, MySQL * DataStore: HP Storeonce, HP StoreEasy * Veeam Backup system * Access Point: Cisco (Fortinet under evaluation) * collect business requests, prepare ticket * coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers * monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer * attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs * guarantee the quality of the asset management * act as interface between outsourcer and end users support #J-18808-Ljbffr
