The role is responsible for Procurement, Material Planning & Replenishment, Warehouse Operations, and reports to Chief Operating Officer. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute procurement strategies and supplier management * Ensure material availability aligned with production and sales requirements * Manage inventory levels, stock policies and working capital targets * Lead warehouse operations, logistics flows and inventory accuracy * Develop KPIs for supplier performance, inventory turnover,



service level and procurement savings * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain * Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to support business objectives * Lead and develop the Procurement, Inbound and Warehouse teams Education and experiences * Degree in scientific disciplines * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in managing people * Proficiency in MS Office package, ERP Dynamics F&O; * Fluency in English Skills and Competencies * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and customers * Negotiation skills * Time and priority management skills, with stress tolerance * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Workplace : Tolentino (MC) Conditions : The position offers a Quadro classification with a gross annual salary of €60-70.000 plus health insurance, in lin
