This is an excellent opportunity for junior and senior technicians to work in a high‐tech automated environment, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency while developing their skills and advancing within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on automated machinery and material handling systems.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on storage, conveyor, and retrieval systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform diagnostics, and ensure timely restoration of equipment functionality.
- Record all maintenance activities, faults, and interventions in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure that all machinery and work areas are maintained in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- Hands‐on experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial or automated systems.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Valid authorization to work in Italy.
- Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) and preferably a working knowledge of English.
