HR Internship

As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development team.
Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
The strategic projects regarding interns’ engagement and development of interns
Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management
a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
Mature in your professional judgement, considering broader context and impact when making decisions?
A clear and confident communicator to different audiences and contexts?
a proficient Italian and English speaker, maybe with some international experience?

a monthly expense reimbursement of 900€ gross, plus a meal voucher (10€ per day for each day in the office).
