level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting,
and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and
optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A
primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and
reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and
efficiency at the Group level.

We are looking for a Revenue Incentive Manager to lead the transformation of our
global Revenue Incentive function. This role will be responsible for




re-engineering the end-to-end commissions and rebates model—including agent
calculations—while driving global standardization, optimizing SAP and Zuora
systems, and ensuring scalable, transparent, and well-governed incentive
frameworks.

Your role at a glance:

* Lead the redesign and standardization of the commissions and rebates
framework—covering agent models, incentives, and partner
discounts—simplifying complexity to enable scalable automation, while
establishing a global operating model and governance structure.
* Define and implement a group-wide commission and rebate calculation model for
agents and agencies.
* Design and develop indirect sales channels (partners, resellers, agencies)
and related incentive schemes.
* Own the end-to-end commission calculation logic (rules, tiers, bonuses,
adjustments).
* Ensure alignment between commercial policies, pricing, and financial
outcomes.
