Overview Bimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods. The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries. This role is responsible for overseeing activities related to the Italy Business Group growth process, involving focus and coordination of all internal department and regular report to the Senior Management. The ideal candidate has a deep experience in project management and sales and will bring a global mindset, strong leadership, high organizational skills and cross-cultural collaboration to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation in the Italian division. Responsibilities * Chartering & Program Setup o Facilitation of entry into tracking tool o Enrolling team members into program & launching dashboards o Enroll key leaders and stakeholders into plan o Launch use of dashboards * Roadmap Planning o Develop and update detailed,
