Location: Gorgonzola, Italy NAS Sales Consultant – Focus on Latin America Thales' Navaids and Non Radar Surveillance Business Segment ("NAS") is a world leader in the segment of Air Traffic Management (ATM) equipment, having supplied more than 8,000 systems to over 160 countries. Objectives and responsibilities * Secure NAS related order intake in Latin America through local partners * Develop business opportunities in close coordination with all stakeholders of Thales' Airspace Mobility Solutions Business Line (AMS) and responsible country office * Prepare bidding documentation and manage assigned bid teams * Lead and finalize respective contract negotiations with given mandates * Train and manage existing local partners, identify new partners if required * Analyze market trends and communicate with relevant AMS departments * Create an opportunity pipeline,



qualify and implement it Requirements * Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Business Management/Administration from renowned international universities or colleges * Comprehensive knowledge of international export business * Basic knowledge of business cases & economic balance sheets, export control, international law, project implementation * Related ability to build trust & long‐term relationships with business partners and end‐users * Flexibility to address other regions if necessary * Fluent in English and Spanish; French, Italian, or other language skills will be an advantage * Ability to work in multinational teams * Competence to laterally manage matrix organisations of a large group of companies * Experience in similar industries will be an advantage * Commitment to achieve defined targets * Competence in communications and presentations * Willingness to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
