The Head of Business Development, Europe will lead all business development activities across the region with a broad mandate across generics, complex generics, established brands,
mature brands nearing loss of exclusivity (LOE), and innovative brands. In addition, this executive will bring a strategic mindset, looking ahead at how the company can transform and accelerate growth and profitability through strategic portfolio mix, differentiated partnerships, and creative deal structures. This leader will work cross-functionally and in strong partnership with Commercial, R&D;, and Operations leaders, ensuring that every opportunity is commercially viable, scientifically sound, and operationally executable.
Partner with European Commercial leadership to align BD activities with portfolio gaps and market priorities.
Define and execute the European BD strategy with a strong emphasis on generics, complex generics, established brands, mature brands nearing LOE, as well as new innovative brand opportunities.
Anticipate market evolution and proactively identify how the company can sh
