Move with us for a better world Your Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Electronics Laboratory Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing electrical test plans for prototype products,
ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining the operational integrity of laboratory equipment. This role is critical in supporting product development through rigorous testing, analysis, and troubleshooting. You will join our R&D; Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy) and lead the development and execution of electrical test plans for prototype and power electronics. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety and EMC/EMI standards, support design validation, and maintain laboratory efficiency. This role requires deep technical expertise and hands‐on experience in electrical design, testing, and compliance. Your Impact * Design Verification & Testing: define and execute electrical test strategies, perform component‐level verification, early‐stage testing, and FMEA. Collaborate with R&D; to improve design reliability. * Electrical Verification & Simulation: validate power stages
