Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Campaign Performance Improvement Expert to join our team and drive performance optimization across the market. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in monitoring campaign success, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between teams to resolve complex issues. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions and collaborating closely with market leaders and HQ. You Will * Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the status of campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and escalate complex cases to market leadership and HQ as needed * Support Strategy Development: Participate in shaping effective market-level strategies by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives * Oversee Implementation: Monitor and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance * Create Action Plan: Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges * Recommend Improvement:



Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices * Analyse Market Issue: Identify patterns in campaign issues, elevate broader challenges, and collaborate with HQ to evaluate their local and global impact * Gather Knowledge: Collect and share insights on market-specific Attribution Models, methodologies, and practices * Optimise Process: Streamline campaign integration processes to prevent common issues and ensure a seamless experience Desired Experience * Proven track record in optimising campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen * Proficiency in data analysis to identify underperformance and recommend impactful solutions * Experience in managing project tasks, including monitoring and documentation * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills * Fluent spoken and written English; Italian is a plus * Proven
