Main Responsibilities
- Propose to the Service Management the sales development strategy for spare parts through business plans, defining commercial and distribution policies across various markets.
- Analyze sales data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Define product/service positioning compared to key competitors.
- Implement development actions with external partners (retailers, installers, service centers).
- Contribute to identifying and resolving quality issues.




- Define and monitor KPIs for dealerships and authorized service points.

Operational Support to the Dealer Network
- Create new dealer profiles in spare parts portals.
- Organize and deliver training courses on parts portals (DCS, EPC, MG Care).
- Provide support in identifying spare parts in the catalogue.
- Monitor orders, shipments, invoices, and manage claims.

Internal Interactions
- Parts Department: monitoring supply levels and urgent orders.
- Technical Department: technical details on components.
- Administration: coordination of payments and overdue checks.

Role Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and previous experience with company ERP systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in aftersales activities related to the role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and proactiveness.
