A highly cross-functional role, requiring the ability to connect people, ideas, and projects while fostering collaboration across different teams and business units of Casa di Langa Resort 5* , Vietti , Enrico Serafino and Parma Calcio 1913 . Helping contribute to the growth of our brands and the continuous enhancement of the guest experience, they will promote the creation of memorable and authentic interactions at every touchpoint. They are responsible for developing, coordinating, and enhancing all Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) activities across our businesses, creating meaningful connections between the worlds of wine, hospitality, events, partnerships, and guest experience among our businesses.
The DTC Manager will collaborate closely with the relevant Leaders of Hospitality, F&B;, Sales, Marketing, Events and Guest Relations Function of each business to ensure strong partner engagement and business alignment, ensuring all guest interactions reflect the values, standards, and service philosophy of the organization.
What you will do
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Act as the primary liaison between the wineries and the resort, ensuring seamless coordination of guest experiences, events, wine-related activities, and hospitality initiatives, ensuring all guest interactions reflect the values, standards, and service philosophy of the organization.
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of wine experiences, winery visits, tastings, private events, lunches, dinners, and hospitality packages involving multiple business units ensuring operational excellence.
Assist with group tastings, wine-related experiences, and guest-facing activities when operational support is required.
Direct-to-Consumer & Wine Club
Support the development and execution of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives, customer engagement programs, and Wine Club activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and increase engagement across all consumer touchpoints.
