About The Role
The primary function for the Robot Welder is to control the automated welding process. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and operate welding robots according to WPS and production specifications;
- Program or adjust welding parameters (paths, speed, cycles);
- Visually inspect weld quality and report any defects;
- Perform minor routine maintenance and cleaning on the robot and equipment, in collaboration with the maintenance department;
- Manage equipment changeovers (fixtures, jigs, torches) and ensure correct component positioning;
- Prepare progress status reports;




- Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications
- Technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanics/mechatronics;
- Familiarity with WPS (Welding Process Specifications);
- Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750.
