Junior Sales Executive – Healthcare Solutions (North-East Italy) North-East Italy
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of InterSystems' Healthcare business across the North-East Italy region. The ideal candidate has a background in Healthcare IT, a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital health, and is eager to develop a career in enterprise software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.
- Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies.




- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.
- Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare.
- Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region.

Languages
- Fluent Italian.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
