Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Guest Service Agent with fluency in Italian or German to join our team at Constance Lemuria, Seychelles. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our luxury resort, delivering exceptional service to our international guests. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences through attentive, personalised guest interactions whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. - Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and local recommendations - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience - Respond to guest enquiries and requests in Italian, German,



and English with patience and professionalism - Address guest concerns and complaints empathetically, resolving issues promptly and to their satisfaction - Maintain accurate guest records and preferences within the hotel management system - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently - Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions in multiple languages - Support the front desk team during peak periods and special events - Ensure all guest interactions reflect the resort's commitment to excellence and cultural sensitivity - Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative and supportive communication Qualifications - Fluency in Italian/ German, with strong English language proficiency (spoken and written) - Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles - Excellent interpersonal
