Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g., course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.). Deliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program.
Manage teaching materials and the Program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates.
Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course‐related events.
Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery.
Requirements
Master's degree.
3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad.
Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people‐oriented mindset.
Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong service orientation and customer‐centric approach.
