About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle hiring at Raven: sourcing, screening, and closing exceptional people across engineering, trading, and operations. Most roles are senior and technical.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for senior technical roles
Proactively source passive candidates across Europe
Drive the interview process and support offer negotiation and closing
Represent Raven at events and in relevant communities
Track hiring metrics and continuously improve our recruiting playbook
Who you are
Qualifications
2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience hiring senior technical profiles
Comfortable reaching out and building relationships across Europe
Organised, data-driven, high ownership mindset
Nice to have
Experience in crypto, HFT, fintech, or Web3 hiring
Familiarity with the Rust or systems programming community
