Responsibilities
Manage and process B2B sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries (quantity and quality)
Serve as the primary day‐to‐day contact for customers and sales teams (pre‐ and post‐sales)
Coordinate with logistics, credit control and invoicing teams
Handle customer inquiries, order status updates and claims
Support sales activities: campaigns, quotations, reporting and analysis
Provide support for tools and processes (ERP, B2B portal, EDI)
Requirements
Excellent French language skills
Very good English
Italian or German is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong communication skills
Reliable, well organized and attentive to detail
Passion for sports is an advantage
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in managing B2B sales orders and customer support, with strong communication skills in French and English. Proficient in coordinating logistics and utilizing ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
