For our Italian team we are looking for a Sales Engineer, who will actively promote, demonstrate and sale SPECTRO products portfolio in Italy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The chosen candidate will be responsible for: Increasing SPECTRO market share/ sales volume for a dedicated product line Developing contacts with existing customers and prospects Performing instrument demonstration at customer site Reporting activities and projects in a CRM (Sales Force) Promoting the entire product range and the image of the company using social media, exhibition, press release. Skills And Abilities The ideal candidate should: Hold scientific education ideally on materials/metals with additional sales training Have a successful experience of at least 2/3 years in the sale of technical products Be fluent in English and Italian Have a high level of communication/Interpersonal skills (Verbal and written) Be self-motivated, able to work alone and with others Be able to travel domestically and internationally; frequent overnight stays as the needs of the customers in the territory dictate; expected travel requirement will be about 50% Have good organizational skills Be an expert user of Office 365 package What We Offer An innovative, flexible and goal-oriented environment in a market-leader multinational Company, that provides concrete personal development and growth opportunities and a competitive package.
