We are working with an Italian international diversified retail group, with an enterprise value in excess of €1bn, to appoint an Investor Relations Manager. The role will report directly to the CFO and will play a key part in managing the relationship with both Italian and predominantly international investors. The role The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supporting the CFO and senior management in investor communications Preparing investor presentations, results materials and market documentation Participating in earnings calls and investor meetings Acting as a point of contact for institutional investors and analysts Monitoring market perception and supporting the development of the company's equity story This is a highly visible role,



with regular interaction with senior stakeholders and external investors. xrdztoy Profile We are looking for candidates with 8–15 years of experience, coming from one of the following backgrounds: Investor Relations within a listed company Equity Research / Equity Analyst (sell-side or buy-side) Key requirements: Fluent English is essential (spoken and written), with the ability to operate confidently in international environments Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance Excellent communication skills and ability to present clearly and effectively Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Sector experience is not a key requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
