Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in‑stores and online. Within Sales, we’re focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where cross‑functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the Role
Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt This is not your average sales role; it’s a springboard into understanding the fast‑paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organisation, you’ll learn about analysis, 4P strategy, and customer engagement. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Promotional planning
- Planning of new launches
- Coordination of site‑field communications flow
- Control and compliance with deadlines and key support accounts on the management tool
- Information and reports management and coordination for internal use and for the sales force
- Results tracking
Experience we’re looking for
- MSc Degree in Economics
- Fluency in English (an international experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude in man
